BASIC PLAN
Everything a small business needs
Priced at 1200 euro per year, or 120 euro per month, our BASIC plan includes support for up to 3 computers. In the case of monthly payments, your website will be completed once 3 months worth of payments have been completed, for which reason we advise you to pay them in advance, to make full use of our services from day 1.
Once payment is complete, we’ll have your design ready in 5 business days, and after final confirmation your website will be fully operational after 10 business days
The bimonthly visits will be planned 1-2 weeks ahead of their allocated time via your preferred method of contact

If you don’t already have one, we will set up your google business account, and add you to google maps , link your website with it, and acclimate you to Google’s business analytics environment.

Every two months, our technicians will visit your offices and back up your files in a secure storage device, keeping an encrypted copy of every visit that can be used to restore your computer in case of malfunctions
keep your computers running
On every visit, our technician will perform system stability diagnostics and drive maintenance, as well as a visual inspection of each computer, to ensure it’ll keep operating smoothly
stay safe online and offline
Our technicians will conduct security checks on all devices, to ensure they’re not infected by malware
get cheap upgrades
When your devices become too slow to work the way you want them to, we’ll offer you a 50% discount on labour costs, and we’ll source the parts that best suit your needs
dedicated support technician
As our client, you’ll have your own dedicated technician to help you with all your tech-related issues, accessible via email, phone, or video call. Technicians are available on our working hours, Mon-Fri from 9 am to 5 pm
emergency remote intervention
In cases where it’s convenient, emergencies can be solved by your technician remotely accessing the problematic device, from anywhere, quickly and efficiently
employee trainings & seminars
Get access to cybersecurity and basic computer skills seminars and one-on-one trainings with a 50% discount
